All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracking information should be received once the item has been sent.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, and returned in their original packaging and condition, unless the item is faulty. Please email if you would like to start the returns process.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless otherwise agreed. Once your return has been received, a refund will be processed provided the item meets our return conditions.
